Lauren Holt is a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner starting her advanced nursing career with us. She comes to us with over 17 years of experience as a certified Emergency Room nurse and strives to provide high-quality, patient-centered care wherever she is working. With a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the AANP, Lauren is committed to promoting the health and well-being of individuals and families across the lifespan. 
 

Having worked in a variety of healthcare settings and roles, Lauren can diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions by conducting personalized health assessments, manage preventive care, and support patients and their loved ones though their early and youngest stages of development and growth. She is passionate about patient education and providing holistic care and inclusion to all patients and truly believes in fostering a collaborative relationship with patients and their caregivers to empower them to make informed decisions about their health.
 

Lauren enjoys working on a team that takes a comprehensive approach to healthcare, integrating evidence-based practices with compassionate care to achieve optimal outcomes for every patient. As a strong advocate for health promotion and wellness , Lauren actively supports initiatives that focus on disease prevention, wellness, and community outreach.
 

In addition to clinical practice, Lauren is dedicated to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare. Outside of the clinical setting, if it’s sunny out, you can find Lauren at the beach, regardless of the season. She also loves to travel, spend time with her family and friends or read a book in a quiet corner. When not doing any of these things, she is probably running around with her husband and three children living a very busy but fun filled life.
